Frequently Asked Questions and Updates
What are the times for the showcase?
Set up will start a 10:00 a.m. We wiill have an opening ceremony at 10:45 a.m. with the showcase following the opening. We will end at 1:00 p.m.
Is it alright to have all right to have a parent/volunteer/chaperone come along?
That is fine. Having more than one person at a table is a good idea. Students may need to be taken to the restroom or may become ill. A helper is always a good idea.
Is their room to behind the table for a sheet to project our project?
You will have some room behind the table, but you will not be able to tack or tape anything to the wall. I would suggest bringing a small screen or using a display board at the end of the table and projecting on the board. (These or the 3 part boards often used for science displays.)
May students attend the conference?
Students under the age of 18 may not attend the MACUL Conference. Students over 18 would need to register and pay the conference fee.
